Google celebrated Children’s Day 2022 in India by announcing the winners of the Doodle for Google competition.
According to media sources, Bengal’s Shlok Mukherjee won the event, which had over 115,000 entries from more than 100 Indian towns for youngsters in grades 1-10.
On the Google homepage, the Google Doodle depicts a human being holding hands with a robot. It is worth noting that there are images of the environment and the earth in the Doodle’s background.
Shlok Mukherjee’s winning illustration, “India on the Center Stage,” had a tremendous impact. The intrinsic message of the Google Doodle is critical.
He explains his doodle, “In the next 25 years, my India will have scientists develop their own eco-friendly robot for humanity’s welfare.” He is a student at Delhi Public School in Newtown, Kolkata. India regularly can be send satellites to space from Earth. In the coming days, India will grow stronger in the field of Yoga and Ayurveda.
A Rs 500,000 college scholarship, a Rs 200,000 technology package for their school or non-profit organization, a Certificate or Trophy of success, Google hardware devices or linked items, and fun Google collectibles will also be awarded to the National Winner.
Google says that 20 doodles were chosen by a panel of judges that included renowned figures such as Kuriakose Vaisian, Editor-in-Chief of Tinkle Comics, and posted online for public voting.
Google’s final selection criteria for hundreds of entries were “artistic excellence, ingenuity, fit with the contest topic, and distinctiveness and novelty of the approach.”
More than 5 lakh people cast votes, and then the results included four group winners as well as a national champion.
