How is Training with an EMS Technology Suit?

When we think of working out in the city, we might not think of wearing an EMS technology suit. Instead, we might think of going to the gym, going to the pool, or doing something outside. When we think of a personal trainer, we tend to picture him at the gym, at home, or on a date in the park. But there are now options that might not have seemed likely a few years ago.

Recently, I was on my way to work when I saw an interesting window display at a gym. It was a study that said you could train for only 20 minutes with EMS (ElectroMioStimulation) technology and get the same results as a longer bodywork session in less time, as long as you worked out with a personal trainer. By switching between simple exercises and ones that work for several muscle groups at once, it is possible to train the whole body in a shorter amount of time. Normally, each muscle group needs 3–4 sets. With the EMS technology suit, you may also work parts of your body that you usually skip because they are tired and you think the results aren’t as clear. Yes, I’m talking about the legs, which have been “pampered” here from the start and continue to be so. The second pleasant surprise comes from the lower back.

She has a different, less curvy posture after training in an EMS tech suit. Before and after working out, that area has always been my weak spot, as if I dumped all my stress and tiredness there despite everything. When I worked out with an EMS technology suit for the first time, my back felt lighter and stronger. A good mood that lasted for two days.

The third surprise is a very nice one: at first, it feels like you haven’t been tired at all. When I worked out in an EMS tech suit, it felt like when I used pedal assist to do more with less effort. In fact, I didn’t even feel it. The credit also goes to the work of the personal trainer, who watches each move with the eyes and experience of someone who has also been trained in this particular training method.
