At the beginning, we see Bayonetta fight against a Singularity to stop it from destroying her world. However, she loses to the enemy and is killed while her friend Viola watches. She has a device that lets her travel through universes. She gets away by going to a universe where Bayonetta is fighting a monster in New York. After they win, Viola explains that the Homunculi are destroying universes, so they go on an adventure to save different realities.

Not only does the action stay the same, with a simple learning flow that doesn’t overwhelm the player and lets the player move along with the character, but the story has twists and the usual craziness of the series, including direct references to the first games. recognizing that it is there.

Even though the Nintendo Switch has limited graphics, the game looks good because each sequence has a lot of detail (though it can be too much at times). However, the story and the way it surprises the player are what really make the game stand out. It reminds us that a fun experience is more important than advanced graphics.
