They are a good source of protein and fiber, keep your heart, bones, and muscles healthy, and give you energy before a hard race.

Honey

Honey is not only delicious, but it is also a great source of energy because it is a carbohydrate that releases energy at a steady rate.

Don’t be fooled by the amount of sugar in honey. Its balance of fructose and glucose will help you control your blood sugar level. In the same way, it has been shown that honey can raise insulin levels and lower blood sugar levels. Black chocolate

The best cereal is oatmeal because it not only gives you energy but also gives you proteins, vitamins – B1, B5, B6, and E, and minerals – iron, manganese and copper.

Oatmeal is also full of complex carbs, which take longer to digest and give you energy that will last through longer workouts.
