This is very important because it means that the show’s characters and how they grow are planned out for at least a couple more years, so that, like in Avengers, tapes can be made that show what has happened to each of them.

But even though they may have everything planned out for the next few years, Marvel has chosen to reveal the information slowly, building up anticipation and suspense. Because of this, Comic-Con 2022 was a great chance to tell us a little bit about what’s to come in the future and confirm some rumors about phase 5. This is what they said during phase 6:

Fantastic Four

There have been strong rumors for a long time that the Fantastic Four might come back to Marvel. For a long time, Fox owned the rights to the movies. Some hints that were shown in other shows and movies, like Wanda Vision, where it was said that Mr. Fantastic would be needed to help with a mission, spread the rumors.

But the rumors were put to rest at Comic-Con 2022, when it was confirmed that the Fantastic Four will be part of the Marvel Phase 6 movies. The movie is going to come out on November 8, 2024.

Kevin Feige, who is in charge of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, said that this movie will be in charge of starting with phase 6. He also said that we are currently in phase 4 of the MCU.

Avengers: The Kang Dynasty

In the same way that Infinity War and Endgame were both part of phase 3, phase 6 will have two more Avengers movies. So, Marvel will try to get fans of its universe to watch two Avengers movies just six months apart. The Avengers was one of his most ambitious projects from the weakest to the strongest. In this case, the release date for Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is set for May 2, 2025.

We know this is Reed Richards because of his name. In the comics, Reed Richards is a descendant of Kang the Conqueror. We also know that Kang, played by Jonathan Majors for the first time in Loki, will be the main bad guy to stop.

Avengers: Secret Wars

Avengers: Secret Wars is one of the projects of Marvel Phase 6 movies. It will come out on November 7, 2025. All signs point to Avengers: Secret Wars being a sort of prequel to the two most ambitious movies about the most powerful superheroes on Earth. Also, the Richards are said to be in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

With the two Avengers movies, phase 6 will be over.

Other Marvel Phase 6 movies and projects

At the moment, we know that Marvel Phase 6 will have 11 projects, so we still don’t know about the other eight. Also, there are a lot more details that need to be worked out, like who will be in the movies and who will be in charge of directing them.

Some of the topics on the table that fans want to know more about are the sequel to Shang-Chi, that film/series focused on Nova, the third Deadpool or the unpredictable future of the X-Men.

Most likely, we’ll find out more about the other Marvel Phase 6 projects at D23, which will take place in September of this year.
