Henry Cavill Would Appear in Loki as Hyperion – Superman of Marvel

Fans of DC want Henry Cavill to come back as Superman, but the studio doesn’t seem to care much about this which is currently undergoing a period of massive change – canceling some productions in the process. There are rumors that the actor is ready to come back at any time, but no project has interested him enough for him to come back as The Man of Steel.

Some reports say that Marvel has reached out to the actor and that he may have been chosen to play a new MCU villain, especially in Loki Season 2 which will start in 2023. No character has been named, but fans think he could play Hyperion, who is called “Marvel’s Superman”.

Several leaks have talked about a recent choice of actor for Loki Season 2, saying that he is a very important actor and that the word “Super” has been used to describe him. This, along with reports that Cavill was talking to Marvel, makes it seem like this could be an event that will be announced soon. According several media reports, Henry Cavill may play the role of James Bond.

Because Hyperion is similar to Superman, Cavill’s choice to play him would probably get a lot of different reactions from the audience. Hyperion is an Eternal, which gives him superhuman strength, speed, durability, and energy. He can also fly and breathe with a lot of power. He also has heightened senses, so he can see UV light, x-rays, and even atoms. This sounds a lot like a Superman power, and, like the character, he has a weakness: argonite radiation, which makes him much weaker.

The first version of Hyperion, Zhib-Ran, was a member of the Squadron Sinister. This was a group put together by the Grandmaster played by Jeff Goldblum in the MCU to fight an Avengers team put together by Kang the Conqueror who has already appeared as the One Who Remains in Loki and will be the main villain in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania , played by Jonathan Majors.

This link shows that Hyperion could reach Loki, but he would have to tell a different story. Also, the Eternals have already been introduced, and at the end of their movie, they find out that they’re not the only ones. This is a good time to introduce Hyperion, and having everyone’s favorite geek Henry Cavill in it would definitely up the ante. Also, even though he is a bad guy in this story, we might see him in a different one in a different role.

If this is true, it will be confirmed at the D23 event, where future Marvel projects and new cast members for different projects will be shown.
