Priyanka Chopra posted a message on her Instagram account on Mother’s Day with the first photo of her newborn daughter and the news that she had to stay in the NICU for more than 100 days after she was born.
The singer, who is 39 years old, posted a picture of herself and her husband, Nick Jonas, spending time with their new baby girl, Malti Marie.
The woman who used to be Miss World also wrote a long message to tell her fans about her daughter’s trip home.

Chopra started her message by saying that she and her 29-year-old husband had been talking about the past few months.
She said, “On Mother’s Day, we can’t help but think about the last few months and the rollercoaster ride we’ve been on, which we now know so many other people have also been on.”
Then, the former star of “Quantico” said that her baby daughter had been given the all-clear to go home with her parents.
“Our little girl is finally home after being in the NICU for more than 100 days. She said, “Every family’s journey is different and takes a certain amount of faith.”
Chopra said that she and Jonas had come to realize that they were just happy to be able to spend time together as a family.
“Even though the last few months were hard for us, looking back, it’s clear how precious and perfect every moment is,” she said.
The person who works in the fashion industry made sure to thank the doctors and nurses who took care of Malti Marie while she was in the NICU.
She said, “We are so happy that our little girl is finally home, and we want to thank every doctor, nurse, and a specialist at Rady Children’s Hospital in La Jolla and Cedar Sinai in Los Angeles, who were there for us every step of the way and did so without expecting anything in return.”
Chopra went on to say that she and her family were ready to start spending more time together.
“Now is the start of our next chapter, and our baby is a real bada**. MM, let’s do it! She wrote, “Mommy and Daddy love you.”
The actress also said, “Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers and caretakers in my life and out there.” You make it look like nothing. Thanks.’
Chopra made sure to tell her husband how much she loved him. He had been by her side the whole time.
