50 Best Restaurants in the World 2023 [The Full List]

Whenever we go for travel in foreign countries, we always search for the best restaurants to have some new foods or recipes. The world of restaurant hospitality met at Old Billingsgate in London to find out the list of the 50 best restaurants in the world for 2023. The event, which was put on by the British magazine Restaurant and sponsored by Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, was called the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

The list will be 20 years old in 2023, so it makes sure that it has been a turning point to show the world who the great chefs and kitchens are, as well as those that have been changing and that foodies should know about.

The 10 best restaurants in the world are in Denmark, Peru, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, and Italy. Geranium, made by chef Rasmus Kofoed, came out on top of this list.

Some of the best restaurants in the world in 2023 are Mexican

The 2 Mexican restaurants that made the list of the best in the world for 2023 are — Pujol by Enrique Olvera, which came in 5th, and Quintonil by Jorge Vallejo, which came in ninth. This shows that Mexico has the best food in the world.

Some of the best restaurants are in Latin America

Latin America has 10 of the 50 positions. Peru with three restaurants, followed by Mexico and Brazil with two, while Argentina, Chile and Colombia have one.

How do you choose the best restaurants in the world?

It is done by The World’s 50 Best Restaurant Academy, which is made up of 1080 experts, food critics, chefs, and journalists from 27 parts of the world.
