Are you looking for Samsung Galaxy M13 Review? Samsung’s world of smartphones is as varied as its world of appliances and home solutions. It’s huge, and everyone can find something they like. In 2019, Samsung launched the M series, a low-cost line that is only available online. This was done so that everyone could find something they liked. As of 2022, the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G fourth generation looks just as good as its first, second, and third generations. Samsung Galaxy M13 5G has all the features you need and is a great value. The device was made available to everyone on July 23, 2022. Let’s look at a detailed review of it.
Samsung Galaxy M13 5G Review with Full Specifications
Design and Build Quality
Before we begin, it’s important to remember that this is a very cheap device made for the most basic users. Because of this, you won’t find any specs or features that are out of the ordinary. Instead, it’s a mix of average specs and performance to make it worth more than it costs. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk about how the device looks and how well it’s made.
The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G is easy to understand in terms of its design. The frame and back are made of plastic, and the front is made of Gorilla Glass 3. There are all the usual ports and buttons. In addition to the two slots for SIM cards, there is also a port for a micro SDXC card. There is also a volume rocker and an on/off button. The power button is also a fingerprint scanner, just like it was last year.
The Display

The PLS LCD panel is what the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G screen is made of. Now, PLS or LCD might seem old-fashioned by 2022 standards, but they are still the most popular choice for low-end devices. The screen is 6.5 inches and has HD+ resolution, which works out to about 270 ppi.
With specs like these, you might think that the screen isn’t up to par. But the price is so low that it’s hard to really complain. Samsung is the market leader when it comes to displaying technology, and even though the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G screen isn’t the best, it still stands out from the rest.
For an LCD panel, the screen can also get pretty bright. It’s pretty easy to read outside. Users won’t have to squint in bright sunlight to see what’s going on.
Even though this panel isn’t the best way to watch media, it still does the job. In this price range, we don’t usually see any rated glass protectors. Even though it’s a couple of generations old, it’s nice to see rated protection.
The Camera
Most of the time, this price range has a lot of camera sensors. The main selling point is that it has a lot of lenses and a big battery. But it’s strange that the back of the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G only has two sensors.
The main sensor is a 50 MP f/1.8 wide-angle sensor, and the other is a 2 MP depth sensor that is more of a gimmick. We don’t know what the depth sensor does, but the 50 MP main sensor seems to do its job well.
The pictures turned out pretty well for being taken outside. High contrast and bright colors made the pictures look clear and sharp. Most of the time, that’s how Samsung’s post-processing works. But the problem starts inside and with lights that aren’t natural. Even though the sensor is very good, the picture quality isn’t as good because there isn’t enough processing power. Every time, the Samsung Galaxy night mode, which is basically just a longer shutter speed, worked the same way. We didn’t notice any problems with too much or too little light.
The video is 1080P at 30 frames per second. Again, this is limited by the amount of processing power. The camera in front is 5 MP. It’s a very simple sensor that works in a simple way. The front camera pretty much sums up how well the camera works as a whole; it’s nothing special, but it’s also not bad.
Processor and Performance
Since the beginning of the M series, Samsung has worked with MediaTek. Over the years, the cheap chips have helped keep the costs down. The MediaTek MT6833 Dimensity 700 processor in the 4th generation M13 5G is based on a 7 Nm architecture. The octa-core processor has two Cortex-A76 chips that run at 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 chips that run at 2.0 GHz. The GPU is Mali-G57 MC2.
The specs show that the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G is for beginners and light use. This is by no means a heavy game device. It’s better for social media and browsing the web, with some occasional media use.
Even though it’s not made to play games, that doesn’t mean it can’t. You’ll be able to play games like Call of Duty and Genshin Impact on low settings, even though they are hard. After about 30 minutes of gaming, the device does start to get hot, and throttling kicks in. But that’s what happens when you play games on a simple computer.
One UI 4, which is based on Android 12, is already installed on the device. One UI used to be full of useless apps, but now it’s one of the best Android skins out there.

Battery and Charge Time
A 5000 mAh battery is built into the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G. The device lasts for a long time because it has a big battery and a good processor. Users will be able to use the device comfortably for 9 to 10 hours of SoT. The big battery can also be charged quickly with 15 W. The device still needs about 2 hours to fully charge, so keep that in mind.
Verdict
The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G is a basic device that can do a lot of different things. Its main selling points are the way it looks, the glass that protects it, and the camera. The device also does a great job of optimizing, and even with an entry-level processor, the experience is smooth. The display is the only thing that stands out as a problem. Aside from that, the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G can be a great choice for anyone who wants an affordable daily driver.
