Kareena Kapoor uploaded a fresh snapshot from the Maldives, where she and her family are presently vacationing. Her husband, Saif Ali Khan, was seen walking on the beach with their older son Taimur Ali Khan, while she went behind them, carrying their younger kid Jehangir Ali Khan in her arms. Among the waves, the flaming words “happy birthday” could also be seen.
Kareena took to Instagram on Wednesday, a day after she celebrated her 41st birthday in the island nation. She captioned it, “Keep the fire burning… birthday promise to myself,” and added a heart emoji at the end.
Kareena wrote a thank-you note on Instagram Stories for everyone who wished her a happy birthday. “Overwhelmed… Thank you to each and every one of you for all the love. Tried to respond to everyone… Sorry if I missed anyone. It’s been an amazing day,” she wrote.

On Tuesday, Kareena also posted a birthday photo with Saif from the Maldives. He threw his arm around her as they posed at their resort. In the background, the sea could be seen.
Kareena did not say where she traveled with Saif and their children to celebrate her birthday, but her sister-in-law Soha Ali Khan did. “Happy birthday @kareenakapoorkhan May you continue to shine as brightly as the Maldivian sun you are currently basking in!! Lots of love,” Soha Ali said.
Over the previous two days, Kareena has been sharing images of Saif, Taimur, and Jehangir from the Maldives. The four of them visited the island nation last month to celebrate Saif’s birthday.
Laal Singh Chaddha is Kareena’s next film, in which she stars alongside Aamir Khan. After nearly a decade apart, they reunite onscreen in this dramatization of the Hollywood smash Forrest Gump. Naga Chaitanya and Mona Singh play pivotal parts in the film.
