Ingredients of Mexican Chicken Rice
- 5-6 chicken pieces
- 1 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cups rice
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 capsicum, chopped
- 5 garlic pods
- 1/4 cups cheese
- 1 cups salsa
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Salt as per taste
How to Make Mexican Chicken Rice?
1. Heat a pan and add the chicken pieces, allowing them to cook.
2. Add chicken broth and additional vegetables such as carrots, beans, corn with salsa, red chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Allow it to come to a boil.
3. Till then, in another pan, add the onions and garlic.
4. Add the rice and lightly toast it.
5. Combine this with the broth. Allow the rice to cook.
6. When finished, garnish with cheese and serve.
