A new report by Business Insider claims that Elon Musk fathered twins with one of his top executives, Shivon Zilis, late last year. According to court documents obtained by the news organization, the Tesla billionaire welcomed Zilis of Neurolink into his family in November 2021.
According to Business Insider, Musk, 51, and Zilis, 36, petitioned to have the twins’ names changed so that they would “have their father’s last name and contain their mother’s last name as part of their middle name.”

A judge in Austin, Texas is said to have approved the order in May, although the identities of the children remain unknown.
According to Business Insider, the twins were born just a few weeks before Musk and his ex-wife Grimes had their second child via surrogate in December 2021, a girl named Exa Dark Siderael. Additionally, they have a 2-year-old son named X A-Xii.

Musk’s five other living children are Griffin, Vivian Jenna, Kai, Saxon, and Damian. Musk’s additional children are shared with his ex-wife Justine Wilson. He married the Canadian author in January of 2000, and their daughter Nevada Alexander was born in 2002. At the age of 10 weeks, tragically, Nevada passed away from SIDS.

Musk described his approach to fatherhood and admitted that he is not very involved when his children are young in a 2020 New York Times interview.
“There is currently little I can do. Currently, Grimes has a much larger role than I do “Musk commented on his role as a parent. “As the child grows older, I will play a larger role”.
