It’s the best comedy ever and arguably the most provocative Monty Python movie. Brian is born in a manger in Bethlehem on the same day as Jesus Christ. Again, she proves she is one of her generation’s most underrated comedic actresses with this Netflix original comedy. She stars with Will Ferrell as an Icelandic singing couple who dream of winning the Eurovision Song Contest.

It’s a lot of fun at times, but the big surprises are the fabulous catchy original songs and the surprising tenderness between the laughs, which can leave you with a tear in your eye and warmth in your heart. It’s not just because of the love story; it is an important part. Plus, Dan Stevens gives the best comedic performance of his career, which is also surprisingly moving.

Madly in love with Carla (Susana Abaitua), the young man will do everything possible to conquer her, including entering the Los Sauces psychiatric center, where she lives, and incidentally, writing the best report of her life for the magazine.

The initial approach to the characters is interesting because we meet Adri, who goes through life with a somewhat ‘flower power’ idea that ” everything can be achieved if you try.” With this attitude, he approaches Carla and takes her to the extreme of voluntarily entering the psychiatric hospital where she lives. However, a pleasant change immediately occurs in him: he removes that extreme positivism from his head and soon realizes all the difficulties that the residents of the mental health center contain.
