Under its JioGames service, Reliance Jio has added JioGamesWatch. JioGamesWatch is the streaming platform for the service. It lets you watch immersive and interactive games on multiple Jio devices.
The JioGames platform is for a wide range of people in the gaming world, including gamers, esports athletes, casual gamers, game publishers, and game developers.
The company said in a statement that the launch of JioGamesWatch was based on a lot of research into what gamers like and dislike. The platform wants to give creators the power and tools they need to go live on any device with low latency and show off their best work to millions of viewers. Also, creators and influencers can stay ahead of the competition with tools like audience polls and Emotes, which are reactions to the stream in the form of smileys or emojis.
Live gameplays or video-on-demand (VOD) streams let users find the content they want. Some of JioGamesWatch’s best parts and features are:
JioGamesWatch is available on all platforms. It can be accessed from the home screen of the Jio Set-top-box (STB) and also has a version for smartphones. Only the JioGames app in India has the JioGamesWatch feature, which can be used on Android, iOS, and STB.
Video on demand (VOD) will let users subscribe to the creators and influencers of their choice, and community events will give viewers and creators a way to interact with each other.
It also has mobile streaming, where creators can go live on the platform with different resolutions that let them stream in FHD (1920x1080p), HD (1280x720p), and so on with low latency.
