All You Need to Know About the NEET Exam 2022
NEET 2022 exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) pan India. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam 2022 (NEET 2022) will be held on July 17, 2022, in pen and paper mode. Candidates can appear for the NEET 2022 exam in 13 languages – English, Bengali, Hindi, Assamese, Gujarati, Marathi, Odia, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

NEET 2022 Exam Pattern
The only change in the NEET 2022 exam pattern is the total time duration is now 3 hours and 20 minutes. The total number of questions asked in the NEET 2022 exam is 200 where 180 need to be attempted and the other 20 are optional. As per the NEET 2022 exam pattern, each subject or section is divided into two sections, Section A and Section B. Section A carries 35 questions and section 2 carries 15 questions. Moreover, in Section B, aspirants have to answer 10 questions out of 15 questions. The marking scheme as per the NEET 2022 exam pattern is that +4 marks will be allocated for every right answer, -1 for wrong answers, and no deduction for unanswered questions.
How to Apply for NEET 2022
The NEET 2022 application form filling process is completely online. Candidates can register for NEET 2022 by:
- Visiting the official NEET 2022 website set up by NTA
- Clicking on the tab application form
- Reading all the instructions carefully
- Register with personal details like name, password, contact details, etc. to generate the application number and password
- Once the credentials are generated, aspirants must log in and fill out the NEET 2022 application form by adding their personal and educational details, uploading photographs and signature, choosing the exam medium, and exam city preference
- Candidates need to complete the NEET 2022 application form fee payment online
- Take multiple printouts and keep them secured with you at all times

NEET 2022 Admit Card
The NEET 2022 admit card will be published by NTA in the first week of July. Candidates can download the NEET 2022 admit card by signing in to their official registered account. Aspirants need to verify all the details and raise a grievance if any corrections need to be made. The NEET 2022 admit card is necessary for aspirants as they will be granted entry into the exam hall with this document.
NEET 2022 Result
The NEET 2022 result will be declared in the month of August 2022. Candidates will be able to view their scores and reap the fruits of their hard work. The NEET 2022 result will be released online. Aspirants can find details like test takers’ subject-wise as well as overall scores, and percentile, along with an All India Rank (AIR).
NEET 2022 Cutoff
The NEET 2022 cutoff changes every year depending on the difficulty level of the exam, the total number of candidates appearing for the entrance test, and the total seats available. NEET 2022 Counselling
All the qualified candidates from the NEET 2022 merit list move to the final round of the selection process – the NEET 2022 counseling stage. It is conducted for 15 percent of All India Quota (AIQ) seats as well as for 85 percent of State Quota seats. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is responsible for managing the AIQ counselling process whereas the respective state authorities will conduct the NEET 2022 counselling for states.
The NEET 2022 counselling rounds can be divided into 4 parts – Round 1, Round 2, the mop-up round, and the stray-vacancy round. All qualified candidates will be requested to register for NEET 2022 counselling round by filling up the form, uploading the required documents, and paying the registration fee. Aspirants will be asked for the choice filling and locking stage. Candidates need to accept the seat allotment and report to the respective institute to complete all the admission formalities. This will mark the end of NEET 2022 counselling rounds as well as the overall admission process.
