Indian High Commission in Dhaka Resumes Visa Services for Bangladeshis

Indian High Commission in Dhaka has announced the resumption of online visa services for Bangladesh nationals.

Indian High Commission confirmed it through a Twitter post today.

The announcement came around seven months after India halted the entry of all foreigners following the spread of coronavirus.

Nine categories of visas will be allowed at present. The categories are: medical, business, employment, journalist, diplomatic, official, UN Official, and UN Diplomatic.

In the announcement, the commission said other categories of visas will also resume soon. For details, they suggested visiting the site — https://indianvisa-bangladesh.nic.in/visa/

India stopped halted the visa approvals since March 12 after novel Coronavirus spread worldwide.
