Indian ex-PM Manmohan Singh Tests Covid-19 Positive
Indian Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh tested positive for Coronavirus on Monday.
Dr Manmohan Singh was taken to the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) in Delhi, India media report.
In May last year, he was admitted to the AIIMS as he had complained of chest pain.

The veteran Congress leader has been suffering from fever and rushed to the Trauma Centre of the AIIMS in the afternoon.
The 88-year-old Singh participated in a meeting with top Congress leaders including Sonia Gandhi on Saturday.
Delhi is the worst-hit place in India as the city everyday has been witnessing new cases of Covid-19 infection.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted: “Wishing our former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh ji good health and a speedy recovery.”

Sonia Gandhi, Congress president, in a statement said: “I am deeply concerned to learn that Dr. Manmohan Singh is unwell & has been hospitalised. On behalf of all of us in the Congress Party I send my good wishes to him for a speedy and complete recovery.”
A source close to Dr. Singh said his condition is stable now. He had taken both the doses of Covid-19 vaccine, The Hindu reported.
Earlier, former Indian president Pranab Mukherjee, a veteran politician of the subcontinent, was diagnosed with the Coronavirus and died on August 31 last year.
