Spinach

Nutritional spinach is useful for skin and hair. Spinach helps keep our body hydrated in winter. Green vegetables contain more than 90 percent of the water. In addition, the spinach is full of gluten, potassium, fiber, folate, and vitamin E.

Tomato is one of the vegetables used in cooking. It contains about 90 percent of the water, which helps keep the body from being filled. Also, tomatoes help to lose weight.

Capsicum

Capsicum has a lot of qualities. Yellow and green capsicum contains a lot of water and helps keep our bodies hydrated. Capsicum has 93.9 percent water. It also contains vitamin C, vitamin B6, beta carotene, thiamine, and folic acid.

Cauliflower

Most people prefer to eat cauliflower among winter vegetables. It can also be used to make a salad, soup, and various dishes.

Olive oil

Olive oil is rich in vitamin-E, good fats, and moisturizes our body from within. Olive oil is a great moisturizer in winter. So you can massage your body with olive oil to keep your skin well. You can also use it in cooking.
