The summer season is in full swing. It is common to lack water in the body due to scorching heat and bright sunlight. It is very important to take care of your health in summer. A little carelessness in food menu this season can harm health.

Lack of water in the boy in summer can also lead to damp and vomiting problems. This weakens the body considerably. So consume as much water as you can to stay healthy this season. Some fruits in the diet can keep you healthy in addition to keeping you fresh.

Watermelon

If you get to eat sweet watermelon in scorching heat, it is something else. Watermelon is one of the best summer fruits. The fruit does not allow water scarcity in the body as it contains about 92 percent water. It also contains nutrients like fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, magnesium which are considered very beneficial for health. The body can be kept hydrated by consuming watermelon.

Cantaloupe

Cantaloupe is known as muskmelon. This summer fruit contains 90.15 percent water content. The fruit is high in vitamin C and fiber. Also it makes an excellent summer snack. Cantaloupe is a source of beta carotene like many other fruits and vegetables, which the body converts to vitamin A.

Pineapple

 

Pineapple is a spiny and tropical fruit which is packed with nutrition. The summer fruit contains 86 percent water. It also contains vitamin C and B, magnesium, potassium, and manganese. Pineapple also contains bromelain, which helps treat sinusitis, osteoarthritis, and digestive problems.

Oranges

Orange contains 88 per cent water, vitamin C, calcium and fiber. Consuming oranges in summer is considered very beneficial for health. Because oranges contain potassium which can also help in reducing body muscle pain. Potassium deficiency can be overcome by consuming oranges.
