This innovative company offers a range of electric scooters that are perfect for zipping around town or exploring the great outdoors. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at what Mearth Electric Scooters has to offer and why their scooters are a game-changer.

Welcoming Mearth in New Zealand

Mearth Electric Scooters currently offers four different series: the entry-level Mearth S – Simple electric scooter, the long-range Mearth RS – Racing Sport e-scooter, the flagship Mearth GTS Evo – Gran Turismo e-scooter and the first-ever smart e-scooter, the Mearth Cyber. Each stated series has 2 models each, except for the Cyber which currently stands alone. Each also has its own unique features and specifications, so let’s take a closer look at each one. Best of all, all models have recently been updated to fit the 2023 market!

Entry-level Mearth S – Simple electric scooter

The 2023 Mearth S series has 2 models, the classic S and the advanced S Pro. It is the entry-level model, but that doesn’t mean it’s lacking in features, in fact it is one of the bestsellers because of its lightness only weighing less than 15kg, making it completely portable. This means you can easily carry it with you on public transportation or store it in your car. It also has a convenient 3-step folding mechanism, so you can fold it up and store it in a compact space when you’re not using it.

This e-scooter is perfect for urban commuting and can travel up to 25 km (S) and 45 km (S Pro) on a single charge. It also has a top speed of 25 km/h, making it a speedy and efficient way to get around town.

Long-range Mearth RS – Racing Sport Electric Scooter

The Mearth RS Pro is the long-range model that offers more power and features than the Mearth S. The 2023 Mearth RS series has 2 models, the classic RS and the advanced RS Pro. This fast e-scooter can travel up to 40 km on a single charge and has a top speed of 32 km/h. It also has a powerful 36V/500 W motor (RS) and 48V/550 W motor (RS Pro), which means it can easily handle inclines up to 25% (RS) to 30% (RS Pro).

One of the standout features of the Mearth RS is its advanced suspension system. It has a front and rear shock absorber, which means you can enjoy a smooth ride even on rough terrain.

Flagship Mearth GTS Evo – Gran Turismo Electric Scooter

The 2023 Mearth GTS Evo series has 2 models, the classic GTS Evo and the advanced GTS Evo Max. The Mearth GTS Evo series is the flagship model of this Australian home-grown brand, and offers powerful features, exactly for a high-performance e-scooter. This scooter has a top speed of 45 km/h (GTS Evo) to 40 km/h (GTS Evo Max) on a single charge and has a max range of 70 km (GTS Evo) or 100 km (GTS Evo Max). It also has a powerful single motor of 1000 W (GTS Evo) or a dual motor of 1200 W (GTS Evo Max) , which means it can easily handle rough terrains and steep inclines up to 30% for both models.

One of the standout features of the 2023 Mearth GTS Evo Max is its impressive braking system that has passed industry standard testing (actually for all Mearth e-scooters). It has both a front and rear disc brake, which means you can quickly and safely stop the best e-scooter even at high speeds.

Futuristic, smart Mearth Cyber Electric Scooter

As for the Mearth Cyber, it is the high-tech, futuristic e-scooter we all dream of. The Mearth Cyber electric scooter has a sophisticated program integrated into it that allows it to track the power production from each wheel as well as the torque (turning force), which changes every millisecond. It will then set it to the ideal torque setting for you to have the best ride. You will be sent to the front of the line by the Mearth Cyber because of how it stands out.

The fact that it is constructed with a 3200W brushless HUB Dual Motor with a peak output of 4000W is its best feature. Moreover, it includes a 60V 26Ah built-in battery with 4A Quick Charging Technology. How soon? Obtain 30-80% in just one hour (using two chargers simultaneously) or two hours using just one charger.

With the possibility of operating at a top speed of 75 km/h and range of 75 km as well, it surely is the futuristic e-scooter alright. And it is able to ascend a slope with a 70% grade.
