After downloading the application, users are required to scan the provided QR code in order to link the account on their Android or iOS device to their WhatsApp for macOS account.

Because of the changes that have been made to the application, it now makes full advantage of the Mac’s hardware, which results in a user experience that is both faster and more effective.

In addition to being designed to appear and feel more like a regular Mac application, the application has a feature called an app sidebar as well as the capability to drag and drop files.

Although the software may be downloaded from the official WhatsApp website, it is not yet available for public use because it is currently in development. As a direct consequence of this, the functionality of some functions may be compromised, and it is anticipated that further features will be made available in the near future.
