5. Throat Chakra

The throat chakra is associated with the color blue and is located at the throat. This chakra represents our ability to communicate authentically and express ourselves. It governs our ability to express ourselves creatively, speak our truth, and listen deeply. 

6. Third Eye Chakra

The third eye chakra, associated with indigo, is located between the brows. This chakra is associated with our intuition, imagination, and wisdom. It governs our ability to perceive reality through means other than our physical senses and to access our inner wisdom. 

7. Crown Chakra

The crown chakra, located at the top of the head, is associated with violet or white colors. This chakra represents our spiritual awareness and our connection to the universe. It governs our capacity for transcendence, enlightenment, and spiritual development
