Listen to the Podcast:
A blog post from Google says that the Bard AI Chatbot, which was made available to 180 countries last month and is similar to Microsoft’s ChatGPT, is slowly getting better at jobs that require logic and reasoning.
In the blog post, the tech giant told readers that Bard is getting better at math, writing, and manipulating strings by using a new method called “implicit code execution.” Also, it now has a way to send to Google Sheets.
According to the blog post, this AI tool is giving better answers to questions about advanced math and thinking. A new method called “implicit code execution” helps Bard AI find computational hints and run code in the background. Because of this, it can do these jobs more accurately.
But the tech giant also pointed out a few problems with the AI-powered chatbot and said, “Even with these improvements, Bard won’t always get it right. For example, Bard might not generate code to help prompt the response, the code it generates might be wrong, or Bard might not include the executed code in its response.” Even so, Bard’s new ability to respond with organized, logic-based responses is a big step toward making it even more helpful.
