Social media star Brianna Chickenfry, 24, revealed that she and her boyfriend, country singer Zach Bryan, 28, were recently involved in a frightening side-by-side car crash while on the road for his tour. In a heartfelt TikTok video posted on Tuesday, Chickenfry shared the harrowing details of the incident and its aftermath.
The Crash and Its Aftermath
According to Chickenfry, whose real name is Brianna LaPaglia, the car “flipped a bunch of times” and “everything shattered” during the crash. Thankfully, both she and Bryan were wearing their seatbelts, which likely saved their lives. Despite this, there was still “a lot of blood,” and the couple initially feared that their injuries could be life-threatening. Bryan required stitches for a large gash, but fortunately, no arteries were hit.

Continuing the Tour and Cat Escapes
After receiving medical treatment, the couple decided to continue on their way to Little Rock, Arkansas, where Bryan was scheduled to perform two shows. However, upon returning to their tour bus around midnight, one of their cats escaped into the 100-acre woods behind them. While attempting to rescue the cat, Bryan reinjured himself, causing his stitches to burst and leading to more blood loss. The couple, shoeless, had to walk over barbed wire to search for the pet, which they eventually found.
Exhaustion and Injuries
Despite the ordeal, Bryan performed a concert the following night, and Chickenfry attended several podcast appearances. However, the couple only managed to get two hours of sleep, and upon returning to their bus, their other cat escaped, leading to another all-night search. Chickenfry shared her exhaustion and the pain she was experiencing from the numerous bruises, scrapes, and even glass she had pulled out of her cheek.

In a follow-up video, Chickenfry emphasized the importance of always wearing seatbelts. She stated that if they hadn’t been wearing their seatbelts during the crash, they would have likely been “decapitated, have broken necks or are dead.”
