bKash Becomes Regional Brand Partner of Argentine Football Association

The Argentine Football Association (AFA) and bKash Limited (bKash), the largest provider of mobile financial services in Bangladesh, announced their partnership to promote further financial inclusion through sports.
Through the AFA partnership with bKash, bKash became the first and only Bangladeshi brand associate of the reigning world champions through this initiative.
After years of support from countries such as Bangladesh, India, and China for La Albiceleste, the AFA has developed diverse brand expansion programs. This partnership is the manifestation of this progression and expanded purview.
Claudio Fabian Tapia, president of the AFA, said that throughout the World Cup, the Argentine national football team felt the strong and passionate support of the Bangladeshi community. “We are thrilled to have bKash as the Argentine Football Association’s first regional brand partner. Through bKash, Bangladesh has reached a true milestone in terms of financial inclusion.”
