In the changing season, more people have dry cough problems. You can mix the mulethi in milk to relieve dry cough. Mixing with the mulethi in lukewarm milk can also help in eliminating sore throat. You can consume this drink at night before bedtime.

4. Pepper and Honey

The intake of pepper and honey can be quite beneficial to get rid of cough quickly. Pepper and honey contain many anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidants that can relieve cold cough. One teaspoon of honey can be consumed by mixing black pepper powder or whole pepper. Taking this measure every day may make you feel the difference.

5. Take These Precautions

You need to take some precautions to relieve cough in the changing seasons. You don’t have to do cool things according to the weather. Avoid the use of smooth and deep-fried things so that you don’t have to face a sore throat problem. Also, use lukewarm water. You should stop consuming yogurt at all when you cough.
