Xiaomi has expanded its lineup of affordable 5G smartphones with the Redmi 13 5G launch in India. This budget-friendly smartphone is designed to bring high-end features to a broader audience, making advanced technology more accessible.

The Redmi 13 5G stands out with its 108MP primary camera and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the front, ensuring durability and high-quality photography at an affordable price.

Xiaomi’s launch event coincides with the company’s tenth anniversary of operations in India. Over the past decade, Xiaomi has become a significant player in the Indian market, known for its innovative technology and competitive pricing. 

This milestone reflects Xiaomi’s commitment to continuing its growth and delivering advanced technology to Indian consumers. The event marks the introduction of new products and celebrates Xiaomi’s journey and achievements in the Indian market.

Introducing the Redmi 13 5G

1. Display and Design

The Redmi 13 5G features a 6.79-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 550 nits of brightness, ensuring vibrant and smooth visuals. The large screen offers an immersive viewing experience, making it ideal for gaming, streaming, and daily use. 

The Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection adds durability, reducing the risk of screen damage from drops and scratches.

The Redmi 13 5G is powered by the accelerated version of the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, making it the first phone in India to feature this chipset. This ensures efficient performance and smooth multitasking. 

The device has up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, providing ample space for apps, photos, and videos. It operates on HyperOS based on Android 14, promising a user-friendly interface and seamless performance.

The Robot Vacuum Cleaner X10 has a 5,200mAh built-in battery, providing up to 240 minutes of cleaning on a single charge. This extended battery life makes it suitable for cleaning large spaces without frequent recharging.

The device is designed to handle various types of flooring, including carpets and hard floors, ensuring a comprehensive cleaning experience.

Redmi Buds 5C

The Redmi Buds 5C, another event highlight, offers up to 40dB active noise cancellation, ensuring an immersive audio experience. These earbuds feature 12.4mm dynamic Titanium drivers, delivering high-quality sound. 

The Redmi Buds 5C provides up to 36 hours of playtime with the charging case and up to 7 hours on a single charge, making them ideal for long listening sessions. They are compatible with Bluetooth 5.3, ensuring a stable and fast connection.

The Redmi Buds 5C will be available for ₹1,999 on Amazon, Flipkart, and offline stores, offering an affordable option for high-quality wireless earbuds.

Xiaomi Power Banks

Xiaomi has also expanded its range of power banks by introducing the Xiaomi Pocket Power Bank and the Xiaomi Power Bank 4i. Both power banks have a built-in Type-C cable, offering convenience and versatility. 

They feature 12-layer protection, ensuring safe and reliable charging. These power banks support 22.5W fast charging, Power Delivery, and Quick Charge 3.0 technologies, providing efficient and rapid charging for various devices.

  • The Xiaomi Pocket Power Bank 10000mAh 22.5W is priced at ₹1,699.
  • The Xiaomi Power Bank 4i 10000mAh 22.5W fast charge is available for ₹1,299.

Both power banks will be available on Flipkart, Mi, Amazon, Xiaomi’s official website, and through offline channels.
