The Copa America 2024 will be the 48th edition of this football tournament, where the national teams of South America compete. It is organized by the South American Football Confederation (Conmebol) and the Confederation of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean Football (Concacaf).
Hosting and Defending Champions
This year, the games will be held in the United States, marking the second time this country has hosted the event. Argentina, the defending champion and current world champion, with its legendary players, is the favorite to win the trophy. However, Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia, and Chile are also strong contenders. Since the United States is hosting, Canada, the United States, and Mexico have been invited to participate.
