7- Use Perfume and Oud for Your Room

Use a loud and woody smell for your room to feel fresh so the only scent of it makes you feel relaxed, anxiety-free and free of negative thoughts. You can use inexpensive gels that emit the perfect odour for your room. It should not be overwhelming and add a relaxing touch to your room.
