Michael Jackson Escaped Death During 9/11 Terrorist Attack

September 11, 2001 is a disgraceful day in the history of the world. What happened on that day may not be unknown to anyone. Two passenger planes hijacked by a group of terrorists that day carried out a heinous attack on the Twin Towers in New York. That terrorist attack was unprecedented in the United States. The biggest terrorist attack in the country killed about three thousand people.

However, the pop legend Michael Jackson narrowly escaped death during the terrorist attack. But how did the pop emperor survive? That story came up in Michael Jackson’s brother Jermaine Jackson’s autobiography, “You’re Not Alone: Michael: Through a Brother’s Eyes”, reports mirror.co.uk.

There was a meeting of Michael Jackson at the World Trade Center on the day of the attack, writes Jermaine Jackson. Maybe no one knew. But Michael was late to bed the night before. Michael talked for a long time at night with his mother Katherine. As a result, he could not wake up on time in the morning. And naturally could not go to the meeting at one of the Twin Towers. And it was this little delay that saved Michael Jackson from death.

Shortly after receiving news of the attack, Michael Jackson called his mother and said, “Mother, I’m okay, thanks to you,” he told her. “You kept me up talking so late that I overslept and missed my appointment.”

Legendary musician Michael Jackson has died after suffering a cardiac arrest, almost eight years after the historic attack. He was 50.
