The greatest films, TV shows, songs, and pop culture of the year were selected by the public.
Simu Liu served as the host for the 2024 People’s Choice Awards, which were broadcast live from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, on NBC, Peacock, and E! on Sunday.
There are now 45 categories, an increase from last year. Grey’s Anatomy was selected as the year’s best TV show, while Barbie took home the top movie award. Beyoncé, Pedro Pascal, Jennifer Aniston, Travis Kelce, Ice Spice, Taylor Swift, and more were among the other notable winners.
Lenny Kravitz won the Music Icon Award for his career-spanning performance, while Adam Sandler took home the People’s Icon Award for his funny speech in which he claimed to have confused the accolade with that of PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive.
