Most states have published results in the Presidential elections in the United States. According to a projection by US-based website Fox News, the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate Joe Biden is on the verge of winning with 264 electoral college votes. On the other hand, Republican candidate President Donald Trump is going to get 214 electoral votes. To become president again, he will have to get at least 56 more electoral votes.
Only Nevada, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alaska have not yet won the results of the 50 states and the District of Colombia. Counting of votes is going on.
The ‘Winner-Takes-All’ system is in place in 48 states, except for Maine and Nebraska. This means that all electoral college votes are given to the winning candidate. The candidate who gets 270 or more electoral votes will be elected president of the United States. Of these, Trump got four out of five electoral votes in Nebraska and one in which Biden won. In Maine, three are won by Biden, one is Trump.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump is also trailing the popular vote. He got 685,30,962 votes. And Biden got 719,38,595 votes.

Among the states that are waiting for the results, Pennsylvania has 20, North Carolina 15, Georgia 16, Alaska, and Nevada six of the most valuable electoral votes. Trump is leading the popular vote in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alaska. Trump’s electoral vote stood at 268 despite winning all of them.
On the other hand, only Nevada is ahead of Biden. In five states, Biden will be able to get to the White House if he gets six of Nevada’s electoral votes. If He’s not in Nevada, he has to look at other states. On the other hand, to become president again, Trump will have to get all of the five states (60) electors, including Nevada.
Alabama (9), Arkansas (6), Florida (29), Idaho (4), Indiana (11), Iowa (6), Kansas (6), Kentucky (8), Louisiana (8), Maine (1), Mississippi (6), Missouri (10), Montana (3), Nebraska (4), North Dakota (3), Ohio (18), Oklahoma (7), South Carolina (9), South Dakota (3), Tennessee (11), Texas (38), Utah (6), West Virginia (5) and Wyoming (3) have won the state.
On the other hand, Joe Biden has been in Arizona (11), California (55), Colorado (9), Connecticut (7), Delaware (3), Hawaii (4), Illinois (20), Maine (3), Maryland (10), Massachusetts (11), Michigan (16), Minnesota (10), Nebraska (1), New Hampshire (4), New Jersey (14), New Mexico (5), New York (29), Oregon (7), Rhode Island (4), Vermont (3), Virginia (13), Wisconsin (10) and Washington (12) won the state and the District of Columbia (3).
