Auvray claimed that Censori sent him an offensive edited image of Edward Scissorhands, renaming it in a racist manner. “She sent things like an image of Edward Scissorhands renamed Edward ******hands and graphic *****,” he stated.
The designer further revealed that Censori had attributed the concept to Kanye West’s creative vision. “Edward ******** from the imagination of [Ye],” she allegedly wrote in the texts. Auvray described the messages as “bizarre” and admitted that, at the time, he was unsure of how to react.
