The bad news of coronavirus does not seem to be leaving behind the french football club PSG. After Neymar, Leandro Paredes and, Ángel Di María; the most important forward Kylian Mbappe has been infected with coronavirus.
France football team is also suffering a lot in the news of Mbappe’s Covid-19 infection. Because the French are not getting Mbappe in today’s important match against Croatia in the current Nations League.
In a statement on Monday, the French Football Federation confirmed about Mbappe’s Coronavirus infection. The PSG superstar left the team and returned home after he tested positive for Covid-19. The World Champion France will face World Cup runners-up Croatia on September 8 (today).
Till now, seven PSG footballers have contracted the Coronavirus. Despite being infected, Di María and Leandro Paredes have no Covid-19 symptoms. Both are currently in self-isolation.
PSG coach Thomas Tuchel gave the students a short break after the Champions League final. On vacation, Di María and Neymar traveled to Spain’s Balearic islands Ibiza. Football stars Keylor Navas, Ander Herrera, Mauro Icardi were with them during traveling. After returning from Ibiza, Di María and Paredes revealed the news. Then, another PSG forward and Brazilian football superstar Neymar has tested positive for Covid-19. Now the French and PSG football star Kylian Mbappe has also been infected with this deadly virus.
The 2020-21 season of League One (EFL League One) will start on September 12. Before the new season, the Parisian club was hit hard by the bad news among its top players. There is a fear to find a few stars at the beginning of the season. Before the season, Neymar would be tested once more for Covid-19, PSG said it officially.
