Editorialge 6th Anniversary Special: Millions Reached, Infinite Ideas

happy 6th anniversary of editorialge

Six years ago—on October 30, 2019—Editorialge launched with an audacious promise: elevate digital publishing while opening real doors for freelance talent. What began as a lean newsroom with big standards is now a global media-tech ecosystem spanning six countries and seven languages, producing more than 30,000 pieces of factual, useful, and creator-first content.

This anniversary isn’t just a birthday; it’s proof that a clear mission, disciplined craft, and a community of makers can compound into something bigger than a website. Under the banner “Six Years of Vision, Voice, and Global Impact,” we’re celebrating the stories we’ve told, the opportunities we’ve created, and the next chapter—investigative work, interactive storytelling, and deeper partnerships that move readers from information to insight. Happy birthday, and happy 6th anniversary to Editorialge.

Founding Story and Purpose of Editorialge

On October 30, 2019, digital entrepreneur, poet, writer, journalist, and social activist Sukanta Parthib (Sukanta Kundu) founded Editorialge to reimagine digital publishing. The ambition was clear from day one: open the gates of opportunity for freelance talent—writers, editors, designers, video creators, developers, and marketers—while delivering factual, engaging, and useful content to readers worldwide.

Founding Story and Purpose of editorialge

The early startup days were scrappy—tight budgets, long nights, and a relentless editorial bar. But a decisive leadership style and crisp execution transformed Editorialge from a niche experiment into a global media-tech platform that connects businesses and skilled independent professionals while publishing content that people actually use.

What Editorialge Stands For (Mission, Vision, Values)

Mission: Deliver “impressive creations”—clear, factual, and engaging pieces across technology, entertainment, lifestyle, home improvements, pets, sports, and more—so readers can make better choices and stay inspired.

Vision: Operate as an integrated media-tech hub—combining e-magazine, e-learning, e-library, eco-shop, and safe digital experiences for young users—while expanding into investigative journalism and interactive content.

Core Values:

  • Truth first: Fact-led, bias-aware, and responsibly sourced.
  • Usefulness: Content that solves problems, not just chases clicks.
  • Access for creators: Fair pathways for freelancers to showcase their craft and earn.
  • Innovation with integrity: Technology that elevates both quality and safety.

Six-Year Impact—By the Numbers

  • 30,000+ pieces of content published.
  • Ahrefs DR 80 (as of August 13, 2025) and ranked among the top ~10k sites on Ahrefs at that time.
  • Offices: Bangladesh, Singapore, India, United States, Estonia, United Kingdom.
  • Team: ~50 staff today, with plans to double in the coming year.
  • Languages: English + 6 multilingual platforms (Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Portuguese, and Spanish).

The Ecosystem We’ve Built

The Ecosystem of editorialge

Our founder and CEO, Sukanta Kundu, envisioned Editorialge as a global platform that blends journalistic excellence with technological innovation—a vision that continues to shape our evolution as we build next-generation media and communication platforms like Edutorial (an ad-free gaming platform for kids), E-Magazine, E-Learning, E-Library, and Eco-Friendly E-Shop. Editorialge also inaugurates multilingual platforms for Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Portuguese, and Spanish apart from English.

  • Editorialge (Flagship): An e-magazine publishing clear, fact-checked coverage across multiple verticals, with themed issues and special projects.
  • Edutorial (Kid-Safe Games): An ad-free playground promoting digital well-being for children through simple, educational games.
  • E-Learning & E-Library: Curated courses, guides, and reading resources for lifelong learners.
  • Eco-Friendly E-Shop: A sustainability-forward catalogue aligning commerce with values.
  • Innovation Track: Internal R&D on interactive content, data visualizations, and AI-assisted editorial workflows.
  • Emerging Apps & Communities: Exploration of Editorialge News App, and more.

Multilingual Expansion & Global Footprint

The platform’s multilingual growth ensures that ideas travel beyond borders. By building local-language desks and standardized editorial workflows, Editorialge enables cultural nuance and reader relevance without sacrificing quality. Our six-country presence supports region-specific coverage, partnerships, and talent pipelines.

Multilingual Global Sites

To connect with diverse audiences, Editorialge now publishes in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Chinese, and Hindi, making its content accessible to millions more across Europe, Latin America, and Africa.

Quality, Trust, and Editorial Standards

How we protect quality:

  • Evidence-first journalism: Data references, primary sources, and expert commentary where applicable.
  • Editorial frameworks: Topic briefs, fact-check checklists, and style guides for consistent clarity.
  • E-E-A-T alignment: Experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness embedded into content lifecycles.
  • Responsible AI: AI tools are assistive, never a substitute for human judgment. Every story carries human editorial ownership.
  • Safety & Integrity: Clear policies for disclosures, corrections, and conflicts of interest.

From Freelance Pen to Global Platform: The Rise of Sukanta Kundu Parthib

sukanta kundu

Sukanta Kundu Parthib’s path from freelance writer to global media entrepreneur is a study in deliberate ambition. Beginning in 1999 with poetry, fiction, and journalism in Bangladesh, he spent nearly two decades refining his craft before stepping beyond the byline to build something larger than himself. The inflection point came on October 30, 2019, when he founded Editorialge—a platform engineered to elevate creators and reshape digital publishing.

In just six years, he has scaled operations across Bangladesh, Singapore, India, the United States, Estonia, and the United Kingdom, proving that disciplined vision can travel across borders. His leadership earned him the CXO 2.0 Conference Outstanding Leadership Award 2024, making him the first Bangladeshi and Bengali to receive the honor. He also got the APAC CEO of the Year Awards 2025 for Authentic Content Creation in July 2025.

Crucially, Sukanta’s ambition is tethered to impact: Editorialge has created 50+ jobs for young talent worldwide, with plans to hire 100 more in the coming year. It’s a story of craft meeting conviction—of innovation pursued with purpose. And it’s only the beginning.

On this special occasion, Sukanta Kundu expressed his gratitude and warm wishes to everyone connected to his dream. He is thankful to everyone for being part of the journey.

The People Behind the Platform

Editorialge is powered by young, ambitious teams and a strong freelancer network. Editors, writers, designers, videographers, developers, and growth specialists collaborate across time zones. The shared goal: make useful content and products that readers trust and creators are proud of.

Talent Promise: Create real pathways for early-career professionals to build portfolios, upskill, and gain visibility—then reward excellence with more complex projects and leadership tracks.

Current Administration:

Following his major operation and subsequent postoperative recovery, Mr. Sukanta Kundu, our CEO, has transitioned from his executive duties to assume the position of Founder and Principal Advisor of Editorialge Media LLC. This strategic realignment allows him to focus on guiding the company’s long-term vision and global growth initiatives.

In the interim, Mr. Aushnik Das has been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving ongoing strategic projects across all divisions. Concurrently, Mr. Sayedul Haq has taken on the role of Acting Editor, ensuring continuity in Editorialge’s editorial excellence and content leadership.

This transition reinforces Editorialge’s commitment to stability, innovation, and sustained growth while upholding the values and creative mission established by its founder.

Community Impact: Readers, Writers, and the Next Generation

  • Readers: Clear explanations, practical guides, and credible coverage across interests—from AI to film and sports to lifestyle.
  • Writers & Creators: A platform to shine—with professional feedback, structured briefs, and opportunities to publish in multiple languages.
  • Youth & Families: With Edutorial, we push for safe, ad-free, mindful digital play, resisting the attention economy’s worst incentives.

Awards & External Recognition

  • CXO 2.0 Conference Outstanding Leadership Award 2024 (selected September 4, 2023).
  • APAC CEO of the Year Awards 2025 for Authentic Content Creation (July 2025).
These honors recognize the leadership behind Editorialge’s growth and its quality-over-hype ethos.
