How to make bay leaf tea

Materials
Bay leaf — 1 large or 2 small
Cinnamon powder — 1/2 tbsp
Water — 2 cups

Make tea with bay leaf

To make such tea, add the bay leaf and cinnamon in water and boil for 5 minutes. Then turn off the gas and cover it for 3-4 minutes. Now put the tea in a cup and drink it. You may also add lemon or honey, but avoid putting both things in boiling water.
