Chinese electronics company Xiaomi has announced the addition of a telescopic lens to their new smartphones. This will not require a different lens to zoom the picture.
The lens is capable of exposing 300 percent more light with the help of a super-large aperture. This lens can physically zoom in and out of the smartphone’s body. Furthermore, details about the telescope lens of Xiaomi were not known.

On Weibo, Xiaomi uploaded a video showing the lenses coming out of the phone like an old point and shoot zoom camera. Although Xiaomi did not specify the limits of zoom. And when the phones will come to the market, Xiaomi didn’t elaborate on the details.
Xiaomi first brought the smartphone to market in August 2011. And by 2014 it became China’s largest smartphone company with a rapid market capture.
The developer team of the famous Chinese company came up with some new ideas as it is putting a lot of emphasis on improving camera technology.
