Elon Musk Says He’ll ‘Step Down’ If Twitter Users Vote for That
Earlier, Musk resigned from Twitter shortly after acquiring the company due to work pressure. The situation is such that at one time the authorities themselves did not know who was still in office and who had quit. Earlier, Elon Musk fired Twitter CEO Parag Agarwal and other senior executives from the company after the deal was completed.
Incidentally, Elon Musk was trying to cancel the contract with Twitter. The matter even went to court. He later announced that he was willing to buy Twitter as previously announced. Earlier, however, Tesla CEO Elon Musk accused Twitter of fraud.
Musk alleged that Twitter misled him about the company during the $44 million deal. That’s why Musk backed out of the deal to buy Twitter. In this situation, Twitter filed a lawsuit against Musk to complete the contract without canceling it.

Elon Musk asked Twitter to disclose information about fake or spam accounts. Twitter authorities failed to properly respond to his queries. And that’s why Musk decided to cancel the contract. However, in the end, facing a court case, Musk bought Twitter according to the contract.
Last April, Tesla’s CEO offered to buy one of the world’s most popular social media platforms for $44 billion. Which is about 33,672 crores in Indian currency. Elon bought 9.2 percent of Twitter at the beginning of the month. Elon was also announced to join Twitter’s board. But after a few days, Elon withdrew from that decision. Tesla’s CEO then offered to buy Twitter for $54.2 per share.
