It is wise to eat peach during pregnancy. Its overdose intake can cause heat in the body. That can lead to internal bleeding and even miscarriage. In her pregnancy diet, the pregnant women should avoid this peach fruit.

Pineapple

Pregnant women should not consume pineapple. Pineapple is not good for both mother and child. Pineapple has a high bromelain content which is an enzyme. Enzyme softens the cervix and can also trigger uterine contractions.

Caffeine

Caffeine should not be consumed during the period of pregnancy. It is absorbed very quickly and passes easily into the placenta. Caffeine is a stimulant and increases blood pressure and heart rate in the body. Both high blood pressure and heart rate are not recommended during pregnancy.

Caffeine can increase the frequency of urination, that causes reduction in your body fluid levels and can lead to dehydration.

Sprouts

Sprouts are considered to be good for health but pregnant women should avoid raw sprouts during the period. According to the Food and Drug Administration, it’s not safe to eat raw sprouts during pregnancy. All kinds of sprouts, including alfalfa, clover, radish, and mung bean sprouts are not good for the pregnant women. Because bacteria can get into sprout seeds through cracks in the shell.
