The AI Assistant acts as an intelligent guide for users, employing natural language processing to comprehend documents and assist with a variety of tasks. It can provide rapid summaries of key information, answer questions about contents, recommend other relevant areas to explore, and even generate first drafts and edited copy.
Specifically, the virtual assistant initially examines files uploaded to Acrobat and suggests potential questions based on the subject matter that users may wish to inquire about. It then responds to these user questions with specific answers, complete with citations and clickable links that jump directly to the source material within documents.
Additionally, the AI Assistant is capable of extracting, consolidating and reformatting the most significant content from files into easily digestible summaries. These summaries can then be seamlessly incorporated into emails, reports, presentations, and other destinations.
