This movie, which has won six Oscars, shows what happens to soldiers after the war in a realistic way. Renner plays a soldier who is an expert at disarming bombs and sees the horrors of the war in Iraq. He also shows how hard it is to get back to “normal” life after being in violent and deadly situations. It’s not a true story, but it was based on the experiences of many soldiers around the world.
Wind River
In this scary, mysterious thriller, Renner and Elizabeth Olsen are both in it. Wind River is about an FBI agent who asks a lone hunter to help her solve the murder of a Native American woman on a reservation in Wymong. Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol / Rogue Nation – Star+
Tom Cruise and Rennes both played Brandt in the Mission Impossible movies. In Ghost Protocol, he made his first appearance. Ethan and his team had to go on the run because Ethan was accused of putting a bomb in the Kremlin and had to prove he wasn’t guilty. Later, Renner went back to the Rogue Nation, where Ethan and his team have to stop a group of terrorists who want to kill them. There, she is sexually harassed and abused, and when she realizes that she is not the only one, she decides to file the first sexual harassment lawsuit in the United States, fighting against the system and their own coworkers to get justice and safety.
Captain America: Civil War – Disney+
This is one of the best MCU movies after Thor: Ragnarok because it shows the Avengers fighting against themselves. When the Avengers cause a “disaster,” the government wants to control them and make very strict rules for superheroes. This splits the group, and everyone fights for what they think is right.
