Google Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro European Prices Leaked, Starting at €874
On October 4, Google is prepared to make the Pixel 8 series announcement. The two next Google flagships have been heavily leaked, and now we’re learning more about them courtesy to a fresh rumor that purports to disclose their prices and color possibilities.
TheTechOutlook predicts a big price increase for the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, at least in Europe. According to the publication, the Pixel 8 with 128GB of storage would cost €874.25 (about $942). Value-added tax (VAT) of 23% is included in the price. It would cost $765 (around €710.77) before taxes. The phone’s 256GB storage option is anticipated to cost €949.30 with 23% VAT (about $1,023). In contrast, the base Pixel 7 model cost €650 a year ago.
The Pixel 8 Pro is believed to cost €1,235 (about $1,331) for 128GB storage, €1,309 (approximately $1,411) for the 256GB model, and €1,461 (approximately $1,575) for the 512GB variant. These costs all include 23% VAT. Compared to the Pixel 7 Pro‘s initial price of €900, that represents a significant price increase.
If the leaked prices for Europe are genuine, it appears that we will be paying the higher end of the previously reported price increase for the Pixel 8 series this year. Nevertheless, we can’t guarantee the veracity of the leak, so it’s conceivable that these Pixel 8 series pricing aren’t accurate.
Colors of the Pixel 8 Series
The most recent details on the new Pixels also cover the potential color schemes we’re set to see. The regular Pixel 8 will be offered in Hazel, Obsidian, Rose, and Mint hues, according to the article.
Expected color options for the Pixel 8 Pro include Bay, Obsidian, Porcelain, and Mint.
