Shots were Fired outside White House during Trump’s Briefing

Shots were fired outside the White House during the US President Donald Trump’s press briefing on coronavirus.

Security personnel removed Trump safely following the incident on Monday.

CNN reported, however, that Trump returned to the press briefing shortly.

On his return, Donald Trump said, “Shooting took place outside the White House, but now the situation is under control. I would like to thank the Secret Service staff for handling the whole situation quickly and effectively.”
